Dr. Dominque Guinn is the recipient of the 2020 Empowering Community Action grant. This funding opportunity is designed to address the impact of HIV among Black and Latinx gay and bisexual men, other men who have sex with men (GBMSM), transgender individuals, and Black women across Texas.
